Empty bourse ends NT plansIt was grandly planned to be the first trading system based in Asia to run on Windows NT. Now only if some trading went on there... Put off by the dearth of investors, Microsoft has reluctantly decided not to develop the system in the Saurashtra-Kutch Stock Exchange which, anyway, is likely to close down in a year if things continue as they are.
Microsoft has some software running at the exchange but decided that a whole system was not justified. -Compiled from the Indian media |
