Tendulkar, Zaheer make way for Rohit, Irfan

India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni won the toss and decided to bat in the fourth cricket one-dayer against Sri Lanka at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo on Thursday.

With India having already clinched the five-match series by taking an unassailable 3-0 lead, batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar and pace spearhead Zaheer Khan made way for Rohit Sharma and Irfan Pathan.

The hosts made one change for the day-night encounter, bringing in Angelo Mathews for Ajantha Mendis.

Teams:

India: Mahendra Singh Dhoni (capt and wk), Rohit Sharma, Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir, Suresh Raina, Yuvraj Singh, Yusuf Pathan, Pragyan Ojha, Praveen Kumar, Irfan Pathan, Ishant Sharma.

Sri Lanka: Mahela Jayawardene (capt), Sanath Jayasuriya, Tillakaratne Dilshan, Kumar Sangakkara (wk), Thilina Kandamby, Chamara Kapugedera, Dilhara Fernando, Farveez Maharoof, Nuwan Kulasekara, Muttiah Muralitharan, Angelo Mathews.
