Amitabh in New York!

New York has been seeing a lot of the Big B recently.

On April 8, the Lincoln Centre began its annual retrospective, this year revolving around Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan.

Now, the actor has been keeping New York photographers busy with his efforts to promote his new film, Waqt: The Race Against Time.

The film is directed by Vipul Amritlal Shah and also stars Akshay Kumar, Priyanka Chopra, and Shefali Shah, the director's wife, who plays Amitabh's spouse in the film.

Bachchan describes Waqt, his fourth film with Akshay Kumar, as a unique family drama.

Here is Amitabh at the press conference for the forthcoming film at the Millenium UN Plaza Hotel, on New York's East 44th Street.
