Narasimha Rao To Be Chief Guest At TANA Conference In CincinnatiA P Kamath Former prime minister P V Narasimha Rao will be the chief guest at the 12th TANA conference to be held in Cincinnati between July 2 and 5. Rao will address the convention on July 4. The theme of the convention: Treasuring Tradition, Encouraging Education, Inspiring Innovation. TANA is one of the oldest Indian organizations in North America. The convention includes a business seminar and a number of activities for women and youth. The programs consist of business seminars, programs for youth and alumni meetings. Cultural programs includes the star show Telugu Dhamaka featuring Nagarjuna and Ramya Krishna. Also performing are Sumant (grandson of Akkineni Nageswara Rao) and Antara. The show will feature a total of 35 artistes including dancers, musicians and singers. Sandeep Chowta, the brilliant new music director who composed the hit song, Greeku Veerudu (Ninne Pelladata), and the acclaimed background score for Satya and Kaun, will conduct the concert. Choreography is by Farah Khan, famed for her work in many hit Bollywood movies.
