PG Programmes in Information Technology

Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology invites applications for admission to the following two-year residential postgraduate programmes in Information Technology:

1. IT Business Management.

2. Network Technology.

3. Software Development.

4. Systems.

Eligibility: Graduates with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university.

For Network Technology  & Software Development: Graduates in engineering/computer science/applications/electronics or having at least one year of experience in the IT industry will be preferred. For Software Development knowledge of C and Computer Basics are essential.

5. Three year, residential MPIT Software Development: The first year of this programme is non-residential.

Eligibility: Graduates with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university.

Candidates appearing for the final year of the qualifying examination may also apply.

Admission Procedure: Candidates will have to appear for an Online Test (in lieu of written test) on January 17, 2004 at SCIT, Pune.

The written test will be held on February 1, 2004 at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune.

Prospectus and application forms can be obtained on payment of Rs 1,100 by cash or DD in favour of Symbiosis Centre For Information Technology payable at Pune.

The request must be accompanied by two self-addressed stickers.

Last date for submitting completed application forms: January 15, 2004.
