Actor Nana Patekar on Tuesday moved the Bombay high court seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered against him for allegedly threatening a businessman with his gun on May 12.
Patekar's petition would come up for hearing before vacations judge R S Mohite on Wednesday.
Patekar said he feared arrest in the case filed by businessman Utkarsh Morarka.
In a complaint filed with the Mumbai police, Morarka said Patekar on May 12 had pulled his gun and threatened to kill him following a minor accident on the Ghatkopar-Mankhurd link road in Mumbai.
Patekar later filed a counter complaint with the Pune police alleging that it was the businessman who had threatened to kill him.
