Maharashtra Director General of Police P S Pasricha, against whom a high-level probe was ordered into corruption charges in the wake of a television network's expose, on Saturday said he will move court against the channel.

"I have time and I will move the court in good time. There is no hurry," he told PTI.

The state government on Friday appointed a three-member team to probe into the police chief's property deals after the channel's claim of his being corrupt.

According to the channel, Pasricha owns property worth crores of rupees in Mumbai, Pune, Nashik and Aurangabad.

Pasricha had said that he was framed by tainted police officials in the episode.
