Maharashtra Navnirman Sena president Raj Thackeray on Friday said his doors were open for Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray.

Raj, who is Bal Thackeray's nephew, also indirectly blamed his cousin Uddhav for his exit from the Shiv Sena a year ago.

"I know Balasaheb has said that his doors are open for me. I would like to tell him that my doors are also open for him. I have no problems whatsoever with Balasaheb. It was because of these other people (referring to Uddhav) that I had to take a decision to leave the party," Raj said while addressing party workers on the occasion of his party completing one year.

"I have said earlier also, let Balasaheb say anything against me, I will not respond, but let nobody else come between us. The minute anyone else starts to speak, I will not spare them," he said.

"In the past one year, I have heard so many people pass so many comments on whether MNS would last or not, on how we would manage to take on established parties, but I have chosen to ignore all that, concentrating only on how my party will march ahead," he added.
