What: University of Pune's Department of Atmospheric and Space Sciences announces admissions to its MTech programme in Atmospheric Science.

Eligibility

Qualifying exam plus:

1. Any MSc, with Physics and Mathematics as one subject at BSc level.

2. Any BE/ B Tech with Physics and Mathematics as one of the subject at BE / B Tech level.

Minimum percentage required:

Open category

• 55 per cent at MSc or 4.5 GPA on a 6 point scale or 6.0 GPA on a 10 point scale.
• 60 per cent marks in aggregate at BE/ BTech or 5 GPA on a 6 point scale or 6.5 GPA on a 10 point

Reserved

A relaxation of 5 per cent marks or 0.5 GPA will be considered at qualifying exams for reserved candidates who are domiciles of Maharashtra [ Images ].

Application process
Application fee should be in the form of DD payable to the "Registrar University of Pune, Pune 411 007 " drawn on any nationalised bank for Rs 500/- for open category and Rs 350/- for SC/ ST/ DTNT/ OBC candidate of Maharashtra state, Rs 500/- for other states.
