Delhi Institute of Heritage Research & Management (established by the Government, of NCT of Delhi and affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University) announces admissions. DIHRM is a unique institution in India devoted to study, conserve and preserve the heritage.The Institute aims at training professionals who could study, view, conserve and preserve the heritage holistically. To achieve this goal, DIHRM conducts Master's Courses in Heritage Management.
Applications are invited for the admission to the following courses:
i. Master in Archaeology and Heritage Management
ii. Master in Conservation, Preservation and Heritage Management
Duration of course: 2 years
Eligibility: Graduate (three-year degree course) in any subject of Humanities or Sciences (Those appearing in third year final exam, can also apply).
Commencement of session: August 3, 2009
Number of seats: 30 in each course
Last date for sale and submission of completed application: July 10, 2009
Date of entrance test: July 17, 2009
Reservation of seats in admission shall be in accordance with the Rules of GGS Indraprastha University as detailed in our prospectus for various categories and 3 per cent for persons with disabilities.
The prescribed application forms specifying the course applied (with the information brochure containing details of eligibility, schedule of test, prescribed courses, etc) can be had from the Accountant of the Institute on payment of Rs150/- in cash or Rs175/- in form of Demand Draft in favour of "Delhi Institute of Heritage Research & Management" to be sent by post to "DIHRM" payable on any nationalized bank at Delhi.
The form can also be downloaded from our website: www.dihrm.com . Downloaded forms will be accepted only if it is accompanied with demand draft of Rs 400/-.
