What: A creative writing workshop by Renu Balakrishnan

Who will benefit from this Workshop?

This workshop attempts to realize the writer in each of us. It will help people who want to improve their creative writing skills in writing fiction and non-fiction. 

Course Content

Session 1:  Story structure in fiction and non-fiction writing -- Complication/ Resolution;

Session 2: Plot;

Session 3: Narrative Design and Voice;

Session 4: Character and Dialogue;

Session 5:  Setting;

Session 6: Tips on Writing by a Published Author

Programme

6 sessions of 2 hours each starting 6.30 pm at Xavier Institute of Communication

Dates: November 5,12,17,26; December 3, 10

Fee: Rs 3,000

Registration and payment before November 1, at Xavier Institute of Communication, Mumbai.
