Supermodel Kurkova sets a healthy example

Yet another fashion industry stalwart is stressing the importance of healthy eating.

Czech model Karolina Kurkova has taught aspiring models about the importance of healthy eating in a reality programme.

Karolina, considered to be one of the fashion industry's most beautiful women, shot for America's Next Top Model, hosted by Tyra Banks, where she helps aspiring models learn how to make healthy smoothies.

Some of the contestants shared their eating habits.

One contestant admitted she was stunned by how youthful Karolina, 26, looked.

"Her skin was perfect and she looks younger than all of us because she takes such good care of herself," Stuff.co.nz quoted a contestant as saying.
