For one, she's being called the next Kate Upton (and that may not necessarily be a bad thing, given Ms Upton's going places).

The Super Bowl is the annual championship of the confounding sport called American Football that uses very little of the foot.

Each year millions of people watch the game around the country, often making it the single most-watched event in the country's calendar.

A 30-second TV spot goes for as much as $4 million and corporations create special advertisements for the Super Bowl Sunday.

Apple created its iconic TV advertisement for the Macintosh directed by Ridley Scott to be aired during the game way back in 1984.

Even Google, a company that famously doesn't advertise, also gave in to temptation in 2010.

Understandably, Super Bowl has been responsible for making several women and men household names, Cindy Crawford being one of them thanks to the 1992 Pepsi Super Bowl commercial.

Charlotte McKinney joined that list this year thanks to the Carl's Jr All Natural Burger commercial that aired during the 2015 Super Bowl.

So what do we know about this stunner?

Let's see:

1. She is being called the next Kate Upton!

Blonde? Check!

Big boobs? Check!

Curvy? Check!

And quite frankly, the resemblance is striking.

No?

2. And she doesn't necessarily like it.

Interestingly Kate Upton also owes some of her fame to the Super Bowl commercial of the same company.

But that doesn't mean Ms McKinney likes the comparison.

"I am flattered to be compared to Kate," she has been quoted as saying. "She's beautiful and I am a fan but we are different people..."

Which is modelese for: "Meh! I am hotter!"

3. She was bullied

McKinney claims that she was bullied by her classmates.

"When I was 14 I was growing into my body and I had these boobs, I didn't know what to do with them," she was quoted as saying.

It didn't help that she also struggled with dyslexia.

4. So she quit school...

And pursued a career in modelling!

Now, this was easier said than done.

Standards for runway models are insanely high and a 'curvy' girl has almost no chance of making it to fashion shows and fashion weeks.

She struggled to find success with an agency initially.

5. And then Instagram happened.

Like several models, Charlotte McKinney turned to Instagram to showcase her... erm... talent.

And before long, she became 'Insta-famous' was featured in Esquire and the calls began.

Eventually Wilhelmina Models signed her on.

8. And then Super Bowl happened!

9. She was on Season 20 of Dancing with the Stars

Her partner was the South African professional dancer Keoikantse Motsepe.

Sadly they were eliminated rather quickly.

McKinney is set to appear in the Adam Sandler production Joe Dirt 2 alongside David Spade.

Not bad eh for someone who never completed school? :-)
