The 32 year old Russian beauty, who has a major fan following on Instagram -- 10 million followers to be precise -- uploaded the cover on her Instagram page.
In an interview with the mag, Irina revealed that she didn't want to be a model until 2004, when she participated in the Miss Chelyabinsk beauty pageant.
Fans were surprised to know that the model had not even read a fashion magazine during her growing up years.
A common face on international runways and the Victoria's Secret ramp, the model also went ahead to reveal that her favourite subject in school was literature.
'I was really good at writing and telling stories,' she added.
