After the Kiki and Handcuff challenge, the latest challenge that has taken over the Internet is the Microwave Challenge.

What is the challenge?

The new online trend which kicked off on the vlogging app TikTok in February involves people sitting on the floor and spinning around like a microwave plate.

The challenge is to spin without moving their arms or legs.

Dozens of videos show people sitting on the floor with their legs stretched out straight in front of them, slowly rotating their whole body in a circle, as if sat on a microwave plate.

The challenge is to make it all the way round -- without moving your arms or legs.

It may seem very easy but it is not.

People are surprised how all these people are moving so smoothly by just sitting on the floor.
