Titled 'The Impact Issue', the edition focuses on her work, personal life life and future.
'My father also taught us that just like life, your company too needs to have a purpose -- something that motivates you from morning to evening, which is bigger than just creating profitability or cash flow,' she told the mag.
Talking to the mag about the things she feels passionately about, Isha revealed, 'I feel very passionately about gender equality and equal participation in the work force because growing up I was made to believe that I could do whatever my brothers could do, as well if not better.'
