Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Chrissy Teigen is a mother to Luna, 3, and Miles, who is 11 months.

To celebrate Mother's Day, she posted a nude pic of her sporting a baby bump, from the time she was pregnant.

'The best thing I've ever made are my babies,' she captioned the pic.

'Thank you for making me a mommy and changing my life forever,' the model added in her post.

Chrissy is still coming to terms with her 'new normal' -- she is still nine kilos heavier since her second pregnancy.

'Basically I am 20 pounds heavier than I was before miles,' she tweeted.

'He's (Miles) 10 months old, I never lost the last bit because I just love food too much. Just coming to terms with my new normal, when I had this certain number for so long!'

Being extremely real about postpartum depression, Chrissy has been vocal about how she has changed over time.

'Since it happened with Luna, so it happened with my first one, I just didn't know that there was any other way to feel,' she revealed in an interview hinting at her struggle with postpartum depression.

'I thought it was very natural to be in this low, very low point.

'And I just assumed that was motherhood and there was no other way around it, and you just kind of went through it.'

Through an Instagram post on Mother's Day, Chrissy has urged mothers to join her in the movement, and share their experiences too.

'You are amazing! Because of you, millions of moms and moms-to-be are learning about the warning signs of postpartum depression and that it's real and treatable,' she wrote.

'We have created a beautiful community of support that doesn't just include other moms, but friends and loved ones who are now more aware -- and there for you if you need help.'
