The Dabangg actor gets candid about her fashion choices.
Fashion retailer Myntra recently announced the launch of Myntra Fashion Superstar, a digital fashion reality show.
The first of its kind show will be completely organised online.
There will be 10 contestants who will compete for the title across eight weeks. The show commences September 17 on Myntra app.
Sonakshi Sinha will be one of the judges along with Amar Nigam, head, Myntra Jabong.
The Dabangg actor spoke about how her fashion choices have changed over the years..
She credits her stylist Mohit Rai for bringing out the best in her.
"I work with a really good team. Mohit Rai is my stylist and my fashion funda is 'Ab tumhare hawale watan sathiyon.'He knows exactly what he's doing and he's really helped me to turn my style around and I give him all the credit," Sonakshi told Rediff.com.
Sonakshi feels that fashion is for everyone and it's all about self love.
"Fashion jab aap apne liye karo toh usmein jyada mazza aata hai."
Her advice is simple: "People shouldn't follow trends; it has to suit them. If something doesn't suit me even if it's trending, I don't wear it."
When asked about her favourite style icons in Bollywood Sonakshi revealed that Ranveer and Deepika make a stylish couple.
"Ranveer Singh has his own style. Whatever he wears only he can wear and pull it off very well at the same time. Deepika is so pretty he looks pretty in whatever she wears,"
