Ritu Kumar showcased a sustainable, environment friendly spring collection at the fashion week.

From upcycled marine plastic to leather-free textiles, the FDCI x Lakme Fashion Week has really pushed the envelope when it comes to experimentation.

Designer Ritu Kumar joined the sustainability campaign with her latest spring collection.

Themed Mismatched, her collection boasted of eco-friendly fabrics and dyes. But it was Ritu's soya fabric saris that stole the limelight.

Take a look!

But the highlight of the collection was saris, made using soya-based fabrics. These breathable, cellulose fabrics are beautifully woven to make the wearer feel light and comfy.
