Shehnaaz Gill's Surefire Dieting Tip

How often do you find yourself struggling when you are on a diet and dying to give in to your cravings?

Shehnaaz Gill, who India fell in love during the course of Bigg Boss 13, has shed numerous pounds since her successful outing on the reality show.

In a chat with Mayur Sanap/Rediff.com, the actor and singer confesses that she finds it "very difficult" to diet given that she is a die-hard foodie; dosas are a particular favourite.

"(When you diet) you have to sacrifice your cravings, but I try to eat (what I like) once in a while. And I eat a lot."

Shehnaaz adds that she loves cooking occasionally but generally feels too lazy to rustle up anything in kitchen.

Whenever she does though, her family members are in for a treat; she whips up some delicious butter chicken for them.

Shehnaaz also shares a surefire tip that will help keep food cravings in check as you focus on your dieting goal.

"Just close your mouth," she says. "The less you eat, the better it is for you!"
