Ziauddin Khatib is really and truly a global kickboxing sensation. The Mumbaikar has been all around the world, scooping up titles in farflung places, while also dominating at home. He was undefeated in his college years and has been India's national kickboxing champion seven times.

Today, while recovering from a knee injury he picked up while fighting a match in Dubai, he serves as the head of the Indian Kick Boxing Association.

Here, in the first video, one of his students shows off basic kickboxing striking techniques, including kicks, punches, knees and elbows, as Ziauddin barks out orders.

Ziauddin says that kick boxing is great for fitness freaks and serious competitors alike, and that everyone from young ladies up to old men, and any age in between, is welcome to take classes and learn the fundamentals of this rapidly growing sport.

Oh, and think of a few of your favourite Bollywood celebrities, and Ziauddin has probably taught them. His clients include John Abraham, Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone and Sonam Kapoor, to name a few.
