Empire line waists and halter neck tops ruled the roost at Manav Gangwani's show on Day Four of HDIL Indian Couture Week in Mumbai.

The colour palette of the collection called 'A Tempestuous Affaire' was golden, black and green. Gangwani who is known for his rather sensuous silhouettes stuck to his reputation and showed his collection for almost half an hour! Check it out!

Her first film Luck might not have earned Shruti Haasan too much praise but the Bollywood star made heads turn as she opened the show.

Empire strikes back

A model shows off one of the empire line dresses in the collection.

Striking a pose

Tantalising and sensual, Gangwani gives the flowy dresses a break and goes for this figure-hugging piece instead.

Flower power

Interesting pallu -- extremely fair skin needed to carry this one off.

Getting kinky?

We can think of at least seven naughty things you can do with that belt and sari!

Standing tall

An all-black sherwani with a hint of green at the collar...sure had us at hello!

Dare to bare

Sexy and sensuous border-studded saree -- a far hotter alternative to the little black dress!

Magic in black and white

A model shows just how a ghagra should be worn.

Brooch of conduct

We'd have probably given the golden sherwani a pass had it not been for the interesting brooch there.

Bong bombshell

Noyonika Chatterji works it up as the last female model on the ramp. Noyonika left Mumbai soon after the show to spend time with her kids "before heading off to Lifestyle India Fashion Week".

And the showstopper

Zayed Khan, who stopped the show for Gangwani, walked in his trademark swagger and walked out with a bang.
