LFW: Raised hemlines for rising temperatures

Last updated on: September 21, 2009

Designer Rehane opted for some smokin' hot minis to up the ante on the fourth day of Lakme Fashion Week. The collection, called Looks Like Love, was colourful, sexy and girly. Take a look.

Candice Pinto was the first one on the ramp, in a dress slit down to the navel. And ending not far below it!

Sunburst

Next up was this lovely yellow number, with a threadwork waistline and sheer detailing.

Mauve mania

Cute and coy at the same time, a lovely mauve cocktail was the cynosure of all eyes.

Light in white

Lightly billowing with plunging neckline, this one is an absolute summer essential.

Triple tone

Different shades of green play hide and seek on a pinafore, worn over a lurex puffed-sleeve blouse.

Short and sweet

Stand out from the crowd in this endearing little outfit, showing off becoming pink embroidery.

Tulle treat

Candice does her thing once more in a checkered ensemble with an embroidered smock and tulle layer.

Sexy Sue

The boys will definitely sit up and take notice of this one-piece set of hotpants, worn over a bustier!

Embossed elegance

Bold and elegant, this richly embossed creamy dress is a classic -- it's unusual, trendy and sure to attract a second glance.

The lady behind the look

Rehane takes to the ramp in a colourful outfit herself, stylishly worn over leggings. Way to go!
