The long and winding road
We received this next image from Krunal Patil, who says, "It was taken at Hill Road on the way to Nandi Hills, a small hillstation near Bangalore. Almost inside the clouds, the wee hours saw a beautiful composition of morning colour. The lights of our car were on and that added the orange tint to the natural monsoon scene."
The awesome orchid
Sadashiv Borawake sent in this striking picture of a white orchid, which almost looks like a ghostly insect against the foliage.
Shaft of light
Now isn't this one amazing photograph? Zeeshan Mohammad sent it in, saying, "The sunset between the monsoon clouds created a spectacular scene. It was shot from the terrace of my building in Bangalore."
Getting crabby
And finally, we have this from Pavitra Bhushan, of a rather large crab he spotted on her way to Rajmachi.
