Unusual monsoon pics: Victorious adventurers
We invited you to send in unique rain-themed photographs -- odd scenes that are captured on a lens for posterity -- to share with other readers. Here are some more responses!
First up is this one from Srik Kanth, who says, "These are my friends Gautham and Prithvi, getting drenched in what is our most memorable rain shower. With the Sirimane Falls (near Sringeri in Karnataka) in their best-ever rush and rains lashing from above, we were totally ecstatic about the experience.
Share your interesting monsoon snapshots with us! They could be from anywhere across India or the world, but they have to be original.
Simply e-mail your photographs to email@example.com (subject line: 'Unusual monsoon pics') -- we'll publish the most interesting ones right here. And make sure to include a little-write up of where you clicked the snap.
Remember, the theme is the monsoons, so your photograph has to gel with the season. Hurry and send in your entry today!

Window to a rainy world
Rahul Agrawal from Kolkata sent in this one, saying, "I clicked the snap while travelling in a bus on a rain-drenched morning in Kolkata while on my way to the office. Mamata Banerjee can be seen smiling on the hoarding. Apparently she says she can convert Kolkata into London."
Walk on the wild side
We have this next one from Mahantesh S Gokavi, who explains, "This is on a trek to Rajgad, a fort about 70 kms from Pune."
"I took this snap soon after a downpour at my home in Alappuzha," says Jayash Kumar of these lovely blooms.
