Rediff reader Subramanyam Krishnakumar emailed this photograph shot by his friend GR Prakash after a rainy day at Gobichettipalayam in Tamil Nadu.

Abhishek Kumar Singh writes: "I shot this picture during a trekking trip to Lohagad Fort with my colleagues during this rainy season. Lohagad is a place near Lonavala and is full of lush green beauty. When we visited it, the clouds were touching the top of Lohagad Fort. It was an unforgettable experience for me."

Jerry Christo from Kerala pulled out his camera and shot this image on an evening when it was just about to rain.
