My lunch comprises of two rotis or brown rice, some vegetables and salad. In the afternoon, I have a lot of dates and a dry fruit since it is essential to have high sugar post lunch. Later in the evening, I eat a bowl of fruits and head to gym.
For dinner I have food that is high on proteins like grilled fish and vegetables. Swimming is my main cardio.
