Our latest beauty pageant winner is savouring her moment in the limelight.
'The journey has just begun,' says Nicole Faria, who made India proud by winning the country's first Miss Earth title. The 20-year-old, who also won the Miss India 2010 pageant, hails from Bangalore.
Faria, who apart from winning the title stole the crowd's attention with her belly dance, shared her experience of Vietnam, where the pageant was held.
Faria's parents are not surprised that their daughter won the prestigious title, as they had predicted she would.
