What is your fitness mantra?

I like to keep a watch on the food I consume. Eating healthily is half the battle won. The other half is to focus on toning the human body, which to me speaks of one's level of fitness. I enjoy swimming and playing badminton, which takes care of my fitness.

Do you work out a lot?

No, I do not work out religiously.

'I set aside a time each day when I like to be cut off from the world'

Which exercises form part of your daily routine?

I'm very much into stretches -- I like to stretch my body regularly.

Do you meditate or do yoga?

I set aside a time each day when I like to be cut off from the world and commune with the divine energy -- the Almighty. It's a liberating and rejuvenating experience.

Have you always been a fitness freak?

No, not always -- not during my teenage life.

'My food has to be great for both my taste buds and my curves'

What is your personal diet mantra?

Rigid diets don't work for me. I go with the flow of my mood. I love all kinds of healthy food. My diet mostly consists of egg whites, fish, corn, broccoli, salad, yoghurt, green tea and fruit.

What is the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?

I like to have hot water with honey.

Are you a foodie? How do you control your diet?

I love eating food that's great not just for my taste buds, but also for my curves.
