Celeb fashions: Love them or hate them? Vote!

Our celebs have been stepping out in style in the New Year -- or at least, they think they are! Do you give their outfits a thumbs-up or a thumbs-down? Take our poll and let us know!

Let's start off with Deepika Padukone, shall we? Dippy graced the red carpet at a recent music awards function in a spangled sequinned mini, carrying a metallic handbag and chunky wrist accessories. She's taken to bling in a big way lately, but what do you think of this outfit? Does it do anything for her?

Olive overture

You never know what Kangana Ranaut will wear next. This couture chameleon never fails to surprise when it comes to stepping out in style.

But while she's glowing with a flawless complexion and just the right amount of makeup in this photograph, does this olive cocktail number make the cut?

Making a switch

With his penchant for boots, leather jackets and everything macho, we were pleasantly surprised to see Akshay Kumar in simple, classy ethnicwear at a recent high-profile wedding.

His oufit complimented wife Twinkle's churidaar kurta perfectly -- so much for perfect matches! Did it compliment Akki too, or do you prefer his rough and ready wardrobe?

Classic black

Ah, you can never go wrong with a sweeping black gown and doesn't Katrina Kaif know it! But just for once, wouldn't you rather see her take a risk with her wardrobe, rather than going the safe, tried and tested route every time?

Ruffle things up

At a recent Valentine's Day do, Bipasha Basu decided to drop her figure-hugging sexy numbers is favour of a feminine ruffled ensemble. After all, it's not always about skin-show, is it? Or in her case, with a newly toned bod like that, should it be?

Peek-a-boo

Minissha Lamba went the Hollywood way at a recent event celebrating women's achievements. But with her petite frame, do you think this one-sided, peek-a-boo gown does her justice?

Taking the plunge

If there's one thing we know, it's that Sushmita Sen is always up to taking risks! In spite of all the flack she's received for weight-gain, she still dares to bare -- dig this plunging outfit. Would you give her a thumbs up, or a thumbs down?

Making a statement

Except that we're not quite sure what it is! Saif Ali Khan attends a wedding with ladylove Bebo wearing jodhpur pants, a blue kurta, a white sleeveless vest and a bandana. Kitschy, cool or just plain clumsy? What's your take on it?

Silky sensuality

Maybe Saif should take a few style tips from his girlfriend. After all, Kareena Kapoor knows how to be the cynosure of all eyes wherever she goes -- what's the verdict on this figure-hugging silk scarf dress?

Girl gone West

Freida Pinto has been in the city recently and has been seen playing the part of fashionista. But does this decidely ethnic outfit hit or miss on the red carpet?

Razzle dazzle

Hmm. Maybe Sallu's Veer heroine Zarine Khan should take a page out of lookalike Kat's subtle wardrobe! Pink, gold, green -- isn't all this just a touch too much of shine?

Copy cat?

We love Sonu Nigam's voice. But when it comes to appearances? Let's just say, if he's thinking of pulling a Hrithik, it's not working -- skin-tight pants, a shaggy mane and a beard? Really, Sonu!

Not-so-mellow yellow!

Koena Mitra's yellow dress is impossible to miss -- and that fuschia bag is completely mismatched. Would you dare to wear this?

Very sari

Now that she's lost oodles of weight, we'd like to see Vidya Balan in something other than her Rekha avatar -- the backless cholis and increasingly bright shades are getting a bit much, what say?

To suit or not to suit

Since skinshow apparently didn't work too well for Amrita Rao's career, maybe she's gone back to more conservative clothing. But this white and silver ensemble is capitally weird -- the pattern looks like it would be more at home on the upholstery of a couch!
