Rahul Bose and Celina sizzle on the ramp

Here's a glimpse of the most recent fashionable do that coloured Mumbai's catwalk.

Designers Dev r Nil and Rina Dhaka showcased their collections as part of the Signature 7 Sensations Fashion Tour in Mumbai yesterday.

The tour, taking place across several Indian cities, associates a specific theme or 'sensation' with each destination, which inspires the lines of clothing displayed. For Mumbai, the designers had to work with 'Mischief' and the outfits, as a result, were bold, chic and bright.

Providing the celeb quotient for the event were showstoppers Rahul Bose and Celina Jaitley, who looked ravishing in a sheer gown. Here's a look at both designers' best designs.

First up, we have the funky stylings of Dev r Nil, starting with this retro geometric print mini.

Spangles galore

Next up is this pretty spangled dress with shades of black and gold intermeshed.

Slinky black

Slightly more understated is this little black number, with an embossed pattern.

Cutwork couture

The designers latch on to the cutwork trend with this tunic, zippered all the way up the front and sporting hints of blue through the floral pattern.

True blue

Running in the same vein we have this shimmering blue ensemble, with grey flowers toning down the upper half.

Cascading cool

Aqua tones soothe the eyes and cascade becomingly on this flowing dress with embellishment at the neck.

Showstopping among the ladies

The only male on the ramp (all evening, actually) is Rahul Bose, looking his usual dapper self in a high-collared blue jacket and well-cut black pants.

Arm in arm

Dev r Nil surface alongside their starry showstopper. But don't go away yet! Rina Dhaka's sexy line is up next.

Dare to bare

Dhaka decided to go the super-sexy route, as is apparent from this pearl-grey mini, worn over gold boyshorts.

Sheer style

Making even more 'mischief' is this see-through black cocktail, decked out with tassels and sporting a tightly sheathed bodice.

Fade to pale

To ensure that blacks don't dominate, the designer serves up this light, pretty ensemble with asymmetric hemline.

Keeping it chic

Buttoning down the front and showing off cutwork embroidery on the neckline, we quite liked this flirty ensemble.

Ribbed reverie

A smokin' hot bikini top and shorts peek out from underneath a ribbed black sheath.

Lemon yellow

Breaking through the colour scheme so far comes this little outfit, with black embroidery in sharp contrast with the sunny background.

Bold and beautiful

Celina Jaitley makes quite an entry in her sheer gown, worn over shorts and showing off her fabulous bod (make sure you check out the video).

Beauties in black

Dhaka shows that she's not afraid of showing a little leg either, as she takes to the ramp with her muse!

All in it together

Rahul and Celina gamely pose together for the flashbulbs as the designers chat animatedly in the background. Looks like there's no competition here!
