Unusual monsoon pics: Droplets on a window

First up Vidya Chandrasekhar Praveen, a hobby photographer took this picture, while in an airplane. Vidya writes: "It started raining heavily and the flight didn't take off for sometime. And I suddenly spotted these beautiful water spots on the airplane window."

Rahul Adgaonkar visited the Sajjangad Fort (literally translated as fort of good people) in Maharashtra (not to be confused with Sajjan Garh Palace in Rajasthan) and shared with us two misty moments.

Sajjangad is a fort near Satara in Maharashtra and is where Saint Ramdas had set up his monastery on request of his disciple Shivaji Maharaj.

Samit Mukherjee emailed us these images he shot on his way to Malshej Ghats in Maharashtra. First up is this rain-drenched road that seems to stretch endlessly.

This one, Samit tells us, has been shot in the ghats with almost-zero visibility.

Anjani Kumar Singh writes: "This picture was taken from moving car while coming back from Keylong to Rohtang in Lahual Valley (in Himachal Pradesh) last month."

Srihari Karanth shares with us this image taken from the top of a hill near Bheemeswari fishing camp around 100 km from Bengaluru. Shrihari writes: "We went for the trekking recently and this photo was taken at around eight in the morning. With slight drizzle and a spectacular nature scenery with nothing but trees, winds and water around, felt as the best moment of our life with the best part of the nature."
