Forbes magazine recently released its annual list of the highest paid celebrities. The 12 celebrities who have been named as the top earning stars under 30 by Forbes magazine have between themselves managed to rake in a whopping $573.5 million between June 1, 2009, and June 1, 2010!
According to the magazine the average age of the list is 24 years.
The mag says that the celebs have made it to the top by mixing 'talent with business savvy' and signing multimillion-dollar endorsement deals with top brands.
Here are the dozen who made the cut:
Number 10: Philip Rivers
Philip Rivers is a professional American football quarterback. He plays for the San Diego Chargers and one year ago signed a six-year, $92 million contract with the team.
Rivers married his childhood sweetheart Tiffany in 2001 and they have four daughters and one son.
Age: 28

Number 11: The Jonas Brothers

The Jonas Brothers are an American boy band that consists of three brothers: Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas. They shot into fame with a Disney show and have never since looked back. So far they have acted in a movie Camp Rock and have also released four albums: It's About Time, Jonas Brothers, A Little Bit Longer, and Lines, Vines and Trying Times.
In 2008, they were even nominated for the Best New Artist Award at the Grammies and have sold millions of their albums worldwide.

Earnings: $35.5 million
Number 10: Cristiano Ronaldo

Perceived to be the single largest threat to Brand Beckham, Cristiano Ronaldo currently makes $18 million annually from Real Madrid. The team had paid a whopping $132 million as transfer fee to Manchester United to have the player on their side. Ronaldo has signed up a deal with Nike, which earns him $8 million annually.

Number 9: Terrell Suggs

American football player for the Baltimore Ravens, Terrell Suggs is the highest-paid linebacker in NFL. He has signed a six-year contract with the Ravens for $63 million that put him in the top of his league.

Earnings: $38 million
Number 8: Eli Manning

The New York Giants quarterback became highest-paid player in the NFL after he signed the whopping $97 million contract with the team. Over and above this, Eli Manning also has a lot of endorsement deals with companies such as Reebok, Toyota and Samsung among others.

Number 6: Roger Federer

Besides making a record $56 million in career prize money, Roger Federer is the brand ambassador for various brands including Gillette, Mercedes-Benz, Nike and Rolex. He won the French Open and Wimbledon and currently holds the record for most number of Grand Slam titles. As it seems with an earning of $43 million, he is also one of the highest paid celebrities according to Forbes.
Fedrer was tied at the sixth place with LeBron James.

The American basketball player for the Miami Heat 'King James' endorses Nike, Sprite, Upper Deck and McDonald's among others. LeBron's Nike contract alone pays him more than $10 million per year.

Number 5: Taylor Swift

The American country singer and actress was the one-time girlfriend of Joe Jonas of the Jonas Brothers who also feature in this list.
Taylor Swift's 100 live performances last year grossed $54 million, her Fearless album topped the 2009 charts and her endorsement deals with Sony and CoverGirl, the cosmetics brand put her on number five of the list.

Number 4: Miley Cyrus

Hannah Montana may have started as a television show on Disney but has now made a superstar of its lead actress Miley Cyrus.
The teenage star makes a killing not just through her tours but also through all the Hannah Montana franchise that Disney sells.

Number 3: Lady Gaga

Her garish costumes and quirky videos put Lady Gaga on the Forbes' list of 100 most powerful celebrities.
Now with a chock-a-block touring schedule and endorsement deals with Polaroid, Virgin Mobile, Monster Cable and Viva Glam among others, Lady Gaga comes third in this prestigious list.

Number 2: Britney Spears

Many of us had written off the pop star as another has been. But in the last 12 months Britney Spears has been working hard and has climbed up the ladder rather swiftly.
Besides bringing in $130 million in gross box office receipts Spears has signed deals with Elizabeth Arden and Candies. She also has her own fashion line.

Number 1: Beyonce Knowles

Endorsement deals, fashion lines and a world tour that grossed $86 million made Beyonce Knowles the highest paid celebrity under 30.
Knowles is no newcomer to Forbes list. The singer has topped the list of 12 Best-Paid Celebrities Under 30 for the second consecutive year.
