- As far as dieting is concerned, it is a complete no-no. It does nothing for you.
- I lead a very healthy lifestyle. I just need to burn out whatever I eat.
- What I swear by these days is yoga. It is so relaxing and you feel worked out from head to toe.
- No matter how busy I am, I make it a point to work out for 30 minutes at least three times a week. This way I don't put on weight.
- Avoid smoking. It ruins your complexion and texture. It ruins everything.
