On Day One of Lakme Fashion Week, designer Babita M showcased an appealing, young collection that is best described as urban funk. Actor Harman Baweja and billiards champ Pankaj Advani showstopped for the collection. Here's a glimpse.
Lisa Haydon opened the show in a flirty little jumpsuit, teamed with a sleeveless patchwork vest. And don't miss those lovely platforms!

Next up is Sanea Shaikh in this kitschy, checkered, clashing combo -- not for everyone, but if you can carry it off, why not?
A playful white capri jumpsuit shows off external printed pockets and a halter neckline.
Green, green and more green create a pretty patchwork detailing on this mini.
We dig this strapless jumpsuit, with its bright purple bordering -- simple yet stylish.
This ensemble billows into perma-pleated blue harem-style pants, which set off the fitted bodice to perfection.
If you've got gams that are worth showing off, do justice to them in these multicoloured hotpants. The blue wrap-around blouse is pretty too.
Lisa takes to the runway once more, drawing attention to a graphic print set off by a dramatic, large sash that goes around both the waist and the shoulders.
Now come the designer's only two male garments, modelled by diminutive billiards champ Pankaj Advani and actor Harman Baweja.
Babita takes to the ramp herself with her two handsome muses.
