Model Simran Mundi on how to get an hourglass figure

We caught up with model Simran Mundi at the Lakme Fashion Week in Mumbai. Here she shares her style, beauty and fitness tips.

Favourite designers: Asmita Marwah, Nandita Mahtani, Tarun Tahiliani are some of my favourite designers. Basically I wouldn't wear someone I don't like.

Personal sense of style: Something casual and smart a simple pair of jeans and a good t-shirt is what I like wearing. I am not very bohemian. I like to keep it simple.

How she stays fit: I don't work out. I am blessed I guess but I used to be an athlete so I have a very high metabolism rate. I don't get time to go to the gym so I try to walk as much as possible and also try and take the stairs.

How she takes care of her skin: I ensure I get a lot of sleep because the moment I lose sleep my skin looks terrible the very next day. Besides that of course, I try and eat healthy.

What she eats: Basically everything including junk food with mayo and extra cheese at times. But I prefer having everything fresh whether it is juices or fruits. I also like to have a lot of salads and fresh vegetables.

How she takes care of her health: I condition them daily and go for a treatment once every fortnight or at least every month.

Turn off in men: Bad breath and bad smell

Turn on in men: Must have a good personality and good looks.

Things she cannot leave her home without: Cell phone, keys, mascara, wallet

Music she loves: House, trance, pop hip-hop basically everything that is being played on the ramp!
