Sparkling and seductive: Anita Dongre

Anita Dongre presented two distinct lines, titled 'inter-pret' and 'Timeless' on the final day of Lakme Fashion Week.

The first was resortwear and Western garments, while the second consisted of ethnic eveningwear, but see-through whites, sparkling embroidery and sexy silhouettes dominated the runway throughout. Check it out.

With the resortwear at an end, it's now the turn of 'Timeless' eveningwear. We loved this billowy skirt with its silver lines; the long-sleeved choli is definitely a winner too.

Dongre shifts her all-white palette to a charming baby blue sari sprinkled with silver.

Pretty as a peach

This peach ghagra, with its light bandhini work and sparse sequins marks another change in colour.

Creamy kaftan

Seen here is a gorgeous see-through kaftan, worn over a boy-shorts and bikini set.

Cocktail couture

Silver and gold stream down this eye-catching strapless dress, sure to be a hit at any cocktail party.
