Mubeena, mother of Shah Faisal, was elated when her son was declared the topper in the UPSC examination.
The results of the entrance examination to the 2010 Indian Civil Services in different cadres such as IAS (Indian Administrative Service), IFS (Indian Foreign Service), IPS (Indian Police Service) among others and conducted by the Union Public Service Commission, were declared on Thursday.
Faisal, an MBBS degree holder from Srinagar, topped the prestigious examination in his maiden attempt.
