USP: Highest No of Professors with PhD in any college in Maharshtra.
Autonomous Institute with very low fees.
Excellent Campus with good environmnent for studies. If you want to be technically sound then this is the instiute to llok for in Maharshtra

Best_faculty: Dr. M.S. Grewal. For his able and dynamic administrative skills and enrolling only the faculty that have experience and attitude to teach.
USP: This is the only college in Punjab to have the latest infrastructure. The up-to-date labs and machines are no-where else to be found
Did_you_attend_this_college: I am currently studying in this college. I am really impressed with the faculty and the infrastructure. The computer labs have great technology. Quad-core processors, 1gig grafix card, etc.

Prof Indira Parikh was a faculty member at IIM-A for over 30 years and Dean from 2002-2005. She also has taught at INSEAD, Fontainebleau (France) and Texas A&M University. She has specialized in organization development and offered management development programs for managerial role effecrtiveness, training for trainers, issues of role and identity, and stress and self-renewal for men and women in organizations. She has been a consuktant to various national sectors and is also on the board of several companies.
Prof. Indira Parikh has been honored with three lifetime achievement awards:

The Lifetime Achievement Award for the best teacher in the Management in the January 18, 2001 at the world HRD Congress held in Mumbai.
The Lifetime achievemtn Award for contribution to HR on October 3, 2003 in the second Regional HR Conference held in Pune organized by the Indira Group of Institutes, Pune.
The Lifetime Achievement Award by PGP Students, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (2003-2005 batch.

2)Dr. Prakash M. Shingi
Ph D (University of Illinois)
Dean FLAME School of Business
Dr Shingi has been teaching management for over 32 years. He has been associated with IIM, Ahmedabad as Dean and Officiating Director.

He has left a deep mark in management research, consulting, and training and has bagged three national awards. He has handled every aspect of academic administration and has been at the helm of management institute building. Dr. Shingi has seven books and more than 50 research monographs to his credit.

Dr Shingi has completed more than 40 management consulting assignments on policy and programme related aspects in India and other developing countries for national and international organizations such as the Government of India, USAID, FAO, Ford Foundation, International Cooperative Alliance, Geneva, IDRC Canada, United Nations Research Institute for Social Development, Geneva, WINROCK International, and The World Bank. He has served as a member of several national and state level policy making task forces, and was a member of governing boards of some nationally important organizations and NGOs.

3)Prof. Achyut Vaze

Achyut Vaze is a media professional and consultant with over 20 years experience of working in the media, producing over 2000 hours of highly rated television, winning several awards from RAPA and heading successful production houses in Mumbai. He is also a well known playwright-director of the Marathi experimental stage. After a successful career in the television industry, Professor Vaz joined academics to impart his professional training to an emerging field. His academic credentials include Economics Honours from Delhi, PGDM from IIM, Ahmedabad, and Nuffield Fellowship from Cambridge. Achyut Vaz 's stint at Cambridge brought him close to the concept of liberal education. He has been working at bringing this concept to India.

4)Prof. Vidyanidhee Vanarase (Prasad)
PG Diploma in Dramatic Arts
(National School of Drama, New Delhi)
V.S. alias Prasad Vanarase a graduate of the National School of Drama (NSD), New Delhi. He has gained proficiency in three interrelated areas - Direction, Administration and Management of Arts and Applied Arts. He has directed more than 50 short plays, street plays and full length plays in Marathi, Hindi, Konkani, Kannada, and English. He has also translated and adapted plays in Marathi. He has been associated with organisations of national and international repute such as NINASAM theatre institute, Karnataka, Kala Academy, Goa, London International Festival of Theatre (LIFT), UK, Project Phakama, South Africa & UK and works as the National Creative Coordinator of Project Phakama in India. Prasad Vanarase has been involved in theatre training for more than 15 years and has worked as visiting faculty / guest director at several universities and theatre institutes in India and abroad.
