These celebrity hairstyles have triggered such a mania among women that they are the top ten most-requested of all time, as per a poll conducted by UK-based hair company Goody.

Any guesses who topped the list? Here are the astounding ladies and the astounding statistics accompanying those who want to ape their style!

1. Jennifer Aniston's iconic Rachel haircut

There could never be any doubt -- chances are that your mother, your sister and even your grandma have all opted for this layered shag cut while sitcom Friends was running, between 1994 and 2003.

Almost 11 million British women try out the bouncy, layered look which was created by stylist Chris McMillan and first worn by Aniston when she played character Rachel Green in 1994, reports The Daily Express.

Ah, this probably brings back memories too! Meg Ryan's choppy, cropped bob from the 2003 film Sleepless In Seattle is the second most popular style.

And finally we have this do, which was nothing short of iconic! The late Charlie's Angels star had the most desirable hair of the '70s, with her honey blonde locks flipped out becomingly.

Many hair stylists admitted that most women visiting their salon bring a page from a newspaper with them, showing a celebrity haircut they would like to try out. You could give it the same shot -- who knows, you may exit the salon looking like a superstar!
