We invited you to send in unique rain-themed photographs -- odd scenes that are captured on a lens for posterity -- to share with other readers. With the season at an end now, here is the final set of responses!
First up we have this one from Janmejoy Gupta, who explains, "This photo was taken near Prinsep Ghat, in front of the monument built in honour of King George V, near Prinsep Ghat Station by the Hooghly."
This one, also sent in by Janmejoy Gupta, "shows the Second Hooghly Bridge standing tall as the river flows quietly by, with rain-clouds filling the sky."
Ronita sent in this picture, saying, "It was taken in Namrup, Assam. It rains a lot here, but the sight of this rainbow cheered us all up."
"This is the Jahaz Mahal at Mandu, about 100 kms from Indore, covered with a cauliflower-clouded sky," says Aditya Ahuja of Indore.
And finally, we have a photograph from Himanshu Govil, of the majestic Nakki Lake at Mount Abu in Rajasthan.
