1. Apple iPhone 4
And finally, iPhone 4 reaches Indian stores. Vodafone and Airtel are all set to bring the Apple iPhone 4 to India. iPhone 4's India launch happened late September along with 88 other countries worldwide.
The new iPhone 4 is thinner in size than its predecessors and has new features like multitasking, FaceTime video calling, Retina Display including a front-facing 5MP camera with LED flash. The price of iPhone 4 is put at $199 now in US, the same price for which 3G was launched.
So, it is reasonable to assume that the iPhone 4 costs in India will be at almost the same price as iPhone 3GS during its India release, that is, Rs 36,000.
The iPhone comes with iOS4, the latest version of the company's operating system, which includes over 100 new features and latest 1,500 API for developers.
The iOS4 includes folders, superior multitasking, deeper business support and the latest Apple IAD platform mobile advertising.
Nokia X2 comes with FM radio, music player and powerful speakers.
It measures 111 x 47 x 13.3 mm and weighs around 82g. It features 2.2-inch display, 5MP camera with LED flash, dedicated camera key, music keys, 3.5 mm AV connector and an inbuilt memory of 48 MB expandable up to 16GB.
It will be available in Black/Red and Silver/Blue colours. However, guess what's the wow-factor? It's price Rs 5000!
With the look and feature of a high-end phone, this handset is a startling item from the house of Nokia. This phone is being launched in India first and might be Nokia's mission to take on handset makers such as Micromax, Spice etc.
