Padma Lakshmi, Victoria Beckham, Naomi Campbell and Cindy Crawford share their beauty and health tips.
These hot celebs are always looking their best -- and here, they tell us just what it is that makes them tick.
Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi has opened up about her workout regime.
Lakshmi gave birth to her first child in February.
The former model isn't shy about the rigorous workouts she endures to keep her figure, though, adding she's not only combating baby weight but all those extra calories she consumes on the Top Chef set.
"I woke up at 6 am, I nursed. Then I ran up and down 70 flights of stairs. Then I had breakfast, then went to the gym and lifted weights for an hour. Then I walked home." Whew! Pop Eater quoted Laxmi as saying at The ELLEments of Personal Style book launch party in NYC.

Former supermodel Cindy Crawford has revealed that there's no secret to beautiful skin, insisting it is rather simple and free of cost.
The stunning 44-year-old has graced the front cover of numerous magazines, and is now a successful businesswoman with her own range of skincare products called 'Meaningful Beauty'.
"The secret is there are no secrets," Stuff.co.nz quoted Crawford as telling Extra.
"One is that it has to cost a lot of money," she answered when asked for the biggest beauty myth she's heard.
"I think a lot of times what you're paying for is packaging and advertising...We all know we need to get enough sleep, drink water, exercise."
"Same with skin care, you do need a sunscreen that's why in my Meaningful Beauty day cream, there's sunscreen. Need to use sunscreen every day," Crawford added.

Naomi Campbell has found a way to keep her infamous temper cool -- a relaxing holiday every six weeks.
The catwalk queen's outbursts have landed her in trouble on many occasions in recent years.
She served 200-hour community service sentence in 2008 after assaulting two police officers at London's Heathrow Airport.
Campbell insisted that she has calmed down a lot now, and credits regular vacations with helping her keep her cool.
"I learnt that I need a break every six weeks. When I overwork myself I lose control," the Daily Express quoted her as telling Germany's Welt am Sonntag.
"Now I know that it's better to disappear for a while at the right time," she added.
