Bhajji and catwalk queens bowl over Mumbai fashion!

The Blenders Pride Fashion Tour, which is into its sixth edition, hit Mumbai over the weekend from September 3 to 5.

The tour, which looks at promoting the works of 12 leading Indian designers across the country had the city's glitterati enthralled with sexy cocktail and resortwear on Day One from Wendell Rodricks, Nandita Mahtani, Surily Goel and Ashish Soni.

Showstoppers included Bollywood's latest yummy mummy Amrita Arora Ladak, cricketer Harbhajan Singh and model-turned-actress Lisa Haydon. Take a look.

We start off with Nandita Mahtani's classy collection of glamorous eveningwear, which showed off a lot of skin and attitude. Seen here is Pia Trivedi rocking a chic satin cocktail that shows off a lot of leg.

Worthy of any red carpet, a sapphire-blue flowing number with crystal clasp below the bodice makes a statement.

Model Candice Pinto shows off her fab curves in a glimmering skirt and jacket.

Alesia Raut pouts for the cameras in a deep green drape with heavily worked gold neckline.

The designer goes for the sexy secretary feel with this ensemble, worn by Binal Trivedi.

Soft grey falls in a demure fashion, with Mahtani's trademark gold motif at the empire waistline.

Dino Morea's talented girlfriend steps into the spotlight alongside one of her more dramatic designs.

Next we have Wendell Rodricks' 'Eye Candy' collection, which, we think, pretty much speaks for itself -- and in case you don't get it, check out the handsome dude in tiny trunks!

The designer kept it simple, with bright colours and a relaxed, lounge feel like this red dress.

Supermodel Carol Gracias struts her stuff in hotpants and tee, topped with a robe for effect.

Next up is this one-sided outfit with an overlay of see-through grey.

Less is more, apparently and we loved this bright wrap for men -- lungis don't come cuter than this, what say?

Rordricks keeps it simple with an exquisitely-draped sky-tinged satin cocktail.

Jesse Randhawa dominates the ramp in a pink gown slit to the thigh.

A switch is made in menswear to a slightly more formal feel, with this orange jacket.

Model-turned-actress Lisa Haydon enters in the showstopper -- a lemony, backless gown that has heads turning.

Surily Goel's line for the Blenders Pride Tour is also resortwear which, in the designer's own words, is "romantic and dreamy". And Carol certainly does look like a dream in that hot animal-print mini!

A clingy corset and leathery leggings sure make for a brazen picture, don't they?

The quickest way to have heads turning is a leopard-detailed dress that channels your inner wildcat, like Pia's.

The designer switches to snakes now, with this unbelievably short number -- hey, if you've got it, flaunt it!

Amrita Arora Ladak chose to debut her post-baby bod in this asymmetrical dress, overlaid with black netted lace.

Goel takes a victory march down the runway arm-in-arm with her starry showstopper.

And finally, we have Ashish Soni's fall/winter collection, which exudes "a fierce cut and attitude" -- and we see Sanea Shaikh show us some attitude right here in this muted gold ensemble.

Romance and drama come to the fore with these beige formals -- love the waistcoat and tailcoat!

Candice has a smile playing about her lips as she shows off a flirty strapless top and pencil-fit pants.

We give this cap-sleeved number, with its perfect tailoring and embroidered sides a thumbs-up.

A puffball silhouette, vertical pleats and a sprig of threadwork create chocolate magic that Binal carries off perfectly.

Cricketer Harbhajan Singh decided to break a few hearts, looking dapper in the designer's showstopper -- a classic black suit and polka-dotted tie.
