Presenting Debarun Mukherjee's 'Dear Imagination' collection from the third day of Lakme Fashion Week.
Debarun Mukherjee's latest line was created by his interactions with children attending art workshops that help promote talent and integration across different socio-economic backgrounds.
His theme for these garments has been their colourful musings, for as he puts it, children are "the original dream-weavers and make-belief makers". And here's what they came up with.
The single flower motif was translated into print as well as embroidery and appeared on saris, blouses, capes and dresses. Kicking things off we have this floral olive and black strappy ensemble.
