Here's what designer Raj Shroff offered up from his label 'Ravage' on Day Four of the LFW.

Alice is lost."

That's all the concept note from Raj Shroff said in relation to his collection, showcased at Lakme.

However, since we do know that this was the designer's vision of new-age brides, we're assuming he means it's time to put behind us fairytale images (maybe an allusion to Alice in Wonderland?) of what once was the norm and take the plunge into uncharted territories.

Shroff opted for handcrafted fabrics to put the garments together, something few designers venture to do when it comes to bridals. And here's how they translated into reality.

Layering played a significant part in the show, like with this blue, green and purple ensemble, among the first on the ramp.

This dress, with its purple coat pattern over green, white and orange, was one of few that sported a slightly more streamline cut.
