Pics: Sridevi catwalks for Neeta Lulla

Juicy colours, Indo-Western silhouettes and ruffles and rosettes galore defined Neeta Lulla's 25 year celebration on the final day of the LFW.

Completing a quarter-century in the Indian fashion business is no mean feat, so it's not surprising that Neeta Lulla decided to put on her most opulent display yet to celebrate the milestone.

Intending to do justice to her tenure, the veteran designer sent out a line-up of luxurious bridalwear with heavy embellishments, nude linings, dominating silhouettes and crystal detailing in every colour under the sun.

Her inspiration: the repository of work done by her over the last 25 years.

And to mark her eternal success, Sridevi graced the ramp in the showstopping ensemble.

To start things off, singer Manasi Scott, dressed in a mirrored corset, feathered headdress and a ruffled tulle train dramatically opened the show with a rendition of Defying Gravity.

One of the first outfits on the runway was this silver-encrusted beige satin number with asymmetrical hemline.

Next this gorgeous churidaar kameez sailed out, in a lemony hue with becoming embroidery.

Nethra Raghuraman steps out next, in pleated detail lehenga and matching choli with crystal detailing.

An evening gown with pleating detail and bejewelled neck takes centrestage.

Bold bikini cuts are not unusual when it comes to traditional Indian wear anymore and the designer drives the point home with this number.

Nicole Faria strikes a pose in a red frilled top with fitted sleeve and embroidery on one side. And don't miss those jazzy leggings!

Baring her bod in this sexy silhouette, crowned with a ruffled boa we have Anjali once again.

Lulla goes all out to make a statement with this pink tulle and sequinned mermaid gown.

A minty toned half-sari is draped around sheen-tinged leggings and topped with a stunning white choli.

We see Nicole for the second time, in a rich blue-green sari with exaggerated flowers sitting beautifully where the pallav meets the shoulder.

The collection certainly leans towards green towards the latter half -- another spangled drape shines on the runway.

Candice Pinto takes our breath away in this opulent purple and red ghagara choli, weighed down with embroidery.

Sridevi makes her grand entrance in a silver lurex gown complete with train -- which, incidentally, gave her quite a lot of trouble when it came to walking the walk...

So for her second stint, she gathered it up in her hand, while Neeta lent her a little support too!
