The Lakme Fashion Week drew to a grand close on Day Five, with designer Malini Ramani pulling out all the stops to ensure an unforgettable experience.

It looks like each designer tries to outdo their predecessor when it comes to the grand finale at the LFW. If Suneet Verma had his models prancing and dancing last season, Malini Ramani had gymnasts to add spice to hers!

Collaborating with official sponsor Lakme, the designer presented her 'Gypsy Collection', inspired by her world travels. Vibrant, feminine and bohemian were the keywords and the looks were completed using the cosmetics giant's latest line of make-up by the same name.

As Ramani puts it, the garments were created "keeping in mind a cultured, exotic and playful woman who likes to collect stories and memories in the form of clothing and accessories from enchanting parts of the globe".

The show opened with a brief audio-visual presentation from the designer herself, followed by Diandra Soares stepping ontothe runway in this black number with tie-dye detailing.
