Fashion week: Men in a woman's world

At a place where everything's about women, the menfolk usually stand out the most. Here are five men whose faces caught our eye at Lakme Fashion Week.

The bouncer

He identified himself as Divakar Candy. It's impossible to miss the guy -- he's almost 6 feet tall and has a don't-mess-with-me air around him. Divakar tags along with the girls in tight clothes promoting an energy drink, making sure no one acts fresh with them.

Sarosh Patel is an event organiser. He sets up infrastructure for large events such as the Lakme Fashion Week. Everything you see -- from the set-up in the main show area to the media registration, is created by him.

Kanwaljeet Singh is a fashion designer who just participated in the India International Jewellery Week. Singh was here to watch Archana Khocchar's show.

Puneet Singh is Kanwaljeet's son, who is so obviously overshadowed by his father. The quiet low-profile Singh is also a designer.

Dev Balani, a jeweller just decided to stroll into the Grand Hyatt when we snapped him.
