We bring you a round-up of showings by Archana Kochhar, Nishka Lulla, Jatin Varma and more!

Day One of Lakme saw a host of designers get into the mood of winter and festive creations that sparkled on the runway. Here's a quick look at the hottest catwalk offerings from Archana Kochhar, Nishka Lulla, Mayank Anand and Shraddha Nigam, Jatin Varma and Payal Singhal.

We kick off with the young, fresh inspiration of East-meets-West embodied in Nishka Lulla's line. The daughter of veteran designer Neeta Lulla, Nishka merged Indian motifs on fabrics like raw silk, silk satin, georgette, cotton and crepe along with Western and ethnic cuts to come up with some original creations like this fuschia sheer number, worn over a yellow bikini.
